INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Our Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.

Notwithstanding our best endeavours, it is therefore likely that some items will take longer than the stated delivery times and we ask for your understanding.

Shipping charges and delivery options are calculated at check-out, based on the weight of the items you have ordered. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with an email confirmation of order shipment along with tracking information along the way.

Please leave a minimum of 10 business days after the estimated delivery speeds indicated below, to raise queries with us regarding items in-transit.

To note, that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items (including items ordered as gifts) and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.


Australian orders are shipped via Express Post eParcel.Please ensure the nominated delivery address is attended during business hours. We take no responsibility for delivery to construction/building sites. Delivery costs are calculated based on the order weight. You will be notified of the delivery cost as you complete the checkout process.
