PRICING 
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian dollars. Some orders may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes and tariffs in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY 

Leather Products: All MadeMeasure Leather products are made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items confirmed as faulty following our review process.

Non-Leather Products: Certain non-leather wrapped hardware may be eligible for refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@mademeasure.com within 7 business days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

You are required to pay for all postage and handling expenses related to your exchange. Return parcels must have tracking.

All returned items must be in new, unused, unmarked, re-saleable condition. All refunds/exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to our inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will issued less shipping costs and exchanges will incur shipping charges.

We do not offer any exchanges/refunds on custom or bespoke orders as these have been especially made for you according to your specifications. 

SHOPPING WITH US 
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, which are safely and securely processed via the SecurePay payment gateway. For delivery times and shipping rates refer to our Order Delivery information.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Please advise us within 12 hours of placement if you would like to cancel your order via email or telephone. We offer a 100% refund in this event - no re-stocking or cancellation fee applies.

PRODUCT USE 
The responsibility rests with the buyer to use/install MadeMeasure goods as per intended application. We recommend installation by a professional tradesperson where possible.

INFORMATION SECURITY
Your information security is important to us. All MadeMeasure online purchases in our checkout are done via a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which encrypts your confidential information and transactions automatically. We do not hold your personal credit card details and we absolutely do not pass on this information to any other third parties.

We respect your private information and we will not share your details with a third party. By placing an order with MadeMeasure, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. You will be able to opt out of this correspondence upon receipt.
