At MadeMeasure, we encourage thoughtful purchases to help reduce waste and celebrate the beauty of intentional design. Thank you for choosing to create spaces that inspire and endure.
- Leather Products: All MadeMeasure Leather products are made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items confirmed as faulty following our review process.
- Non-Leather Products: Certain non-leather wrapped hardware may be eligible for refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@mademeasure.com within 7 business days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
- If your item doesn't meet our high standards of quality, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@mademeasure to report a fault.
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions, and the item must be sent back within 7 working days.
- All items must be returned in new, unused, unmarked, and resaleable condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Returns must include tracking information.
- Customers are responsible for postage and handling expenses related to exchanges or store credits.
- Refunds for faulty items will exclude the original shipping cost.
- As custom and bespoke orders are thoughtfully crafted to your specifications, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
